How To Stop Feeling Overwhelmed: Simple Strategies You Can Use now

I know the power of lists when you use them the right way.

They're not only about getting everything done;

they're also about managing your time, feeling productive, and seeing progress.

If making a simple list could help you be more productive,

free up time for more fun, and help you stop feeling overwhelmed,

would you start making one every day?

It can be that simple for people to get started when they decide to hire a coach and change what they’re thinking and how they do things.

Despite having incredible success in her career and a great personal life,

she was herself buried under a pile of lists and feeling stressed and anxious.

During our session, we focused on what the hours she wanted to work,

how to move from several lists to one list, and how to set boundaries around her work schedule.

She named her top priorities and added those to her list first then left space for other things that needed to happen like laundry, walking the dog, etc.

Now, instead of feeling overwhelmed, she has a short list to work from that gives her less clutter to sift through,

and flex time to do what she wants.

She is learning to prioritize her time, set boundaries, and make time for herself, all while killing it in her professional and personal life.

If you’re thinking, I need to do this too, I'm here to help.
