Let's Talk About Men's Mental Health with Jeremy and Zach from The Fit Mess Podcast

So much of the time I’m talking about being a mom or a woman but this week I’m focusing on men’s mental health because guys struggle with depression and anxiety too.

In this week’s episode of the More Than Anxiety Podcast, I had the privilege of talking with Jeremy and Zach from The Fit Mess Podcast. This was, hands down, one of my favorite interviews not only because it is such an important topic, but because both Zach and Jeremy were so open and honest about their experience with depression and anxiety and straightforward about what guys need and women need to know.

We talked about why men sometimes struggle to talk about their feelings and how we can create a more supportive environment for them.

We discussed the importance of open communication and how to break down the pressure men feel to keep their emotions boxed up and on a shelf so we can give our boys and men the space to be vulnerable without feeling weak.

This episode is about finding solutions to the mental health crisis we’re living in through strategies for supporting men's mental health.

Acceptance, communication, therapy, movement, therapy, and coaching helped them and they will help you and your guys too.

Whether it's managing stress, navigating relationships, or learning to prioritize self-care, I'm here to help.

Be sure to check out this week’s episode and if you’re ready to explore how coaching can support you or someone you love, please feel free to reach out by replying to this email or you can go directly to my calendar by clicking HERE.

Talk to you soon.

Megan
