You know when you’re in that place where you think you’re stuck?

Like you’re never going to not feel anxious and this is just how it’s going to be?


I've been there too, and I want to spread a little hope and encouragement today.

  5. Noticing what emotion you’re actually feeling instead of labeling the feeling as bad.

  6. Giving yourself grace when you feel bad, and compliments when you’re proud.

  7. Choosing to feel anxious on purpose.

  8. Noticing that your body feels differently - you’re relaxed, your headache is gone, your guts aren’t churning.

  9. Acting spontaneously without overthinking every move.

  10. Letting go of anxiety symptoms or feeling anxious as part of your routine.


So often people think anxiety goes away out of nowhere.

Like you go to bed anxious and wake up “cured.”


I’d love to tell you that’s how it is, but honestly, it’s not like that.


Fortunately, you can use these signs on your worst days to know that you’re already making progress and on your way to feeling incredible.
