Executive Performance Coaching
Master pressure. Lead with confidence. Perform without burning out.
Master pressure. Lead with confidence. Perform without burning out.
You’re leading teams, making high-stakes decisions, and navigating constant pressure. And you’re doing it while looking like you have it together.
But if you’re exhausted, second-guessing yourself, or always "on," you already know that’s not sustainable.
High performance isn’t about pushing harder. It’s about training smarter.
I teach executives and leaders the mental skills elite athletes use to stay calm, focused, and resilient when the stakes are highest.
This isn’t generic leadership coaching. It’s mental performance training, designed for leaders who understand that sustainable high performance requires more than strategy and willpower.

What We Work On Together
Over 12 months, we build the mental skills that separate good leaders from great ones.
Emotional Regulation in High-Stakes Moments
Stay calm and composed when pressure is high: tough conversations, critical decisions, high-visibility presentations. You’ll learn to respond instead of react, every time.
Confidence That Isn’t Outcome-Dependent
Build confidence that doesn’t rely on wins, promotions, or external validation. Lead with self-trust even when results are uncertain.
Decision-Making Without Overthinking
Stop second-guessing yourself. Make decisions with clarity, act with conviction, and move forward without the spiral.
Boundaries That Protect Your Performance Energy
Learn to protect your time, say no strategically, and manage expectations, yours and everyone else’s, without guilt.
Bouncing Back From Setbacks
Develop the resilience to recover quickly from failures, tough feedback, and unexpected challenges and come back stronger.
Sustainable High Performance
Perform at a high level without burning yourself or your team out. This is strategic recovery, energy management, and long-game leadership.
How the Program Works
12 months. Bi-weekly 60-minute sessions. Real-time support between sessions.
✓ Bi-weekly 60-minute sessions via phone or video (flexible daytime scheduling, M–F 9 am–3 pm EST)
✓ Text/email access between sessions; before high-stakes meetings, after tough decisions, whenever you need it
✓ Personalized mental training plan built around your role, pressure points, and goals
✓ Quarterly progress reviews every 3 months
Why bi-weekly? Executives need time between sessions to implement strategies and navigate real situations. The cadence allows for deep work without overwhelming your schedule.

Why 12 Months?
Leadership transformation doesn’t happen in 6 weeks.
• Months 1–3: Build your foundation and learn the tools
• Months 4–6: Apply the tools in real leadership situations
• Months 7–9: The skills become automatic
• Months 10–12: You’re leading at your mental peak
This isn’t a hustle. It’s a full year of mental training that changes how you lead.

Why Work With Me?
✓ I’ve been coaching competitive athletes for 15+ years — I know the mental skills that separate winners from those who crumble under pressure, and I teach those same skills to executives
✓ I’m a coach, not a consultant — this is mental skills training, not strategic planning or business advice
✓ I understand high-pressure performance — I coach athletes who compete at elite levels. I know what it takes to perform when it matters
✓ I’ve been where you are — I’ve navigated burnout, overwhelm, and the pressure to always be “on.” I know what sustainable looks like
✓ I work during the day — no squeezing sessions in after hours

Frequently Asked Questions
Q: How is this different from other executive coaching?
A: Most executive coaching focuses on strategy, leadership frameworks, or business outcomes. I focus on mental performance—the psychological skills that determine how you show up under pressure. Think of it as sports psychology for executives.
Q: I'm skeptical of "mindset coaching." Is this woo-woo?
A: No. This is practical mental skills training based on performance psychology. We work on emotional regulation, decision-making, confidence, and resilience, all grounded in real techniques used by elite athletes and performers.
Q: Can I expense this as professional development?
A: Many clients do. Check with your finance/HR team. This is leadership performance coaching, which typically qualifies. I've had clients have their employer cover coaching as an employee benefit and leadership development.
Q: What if my schedule is unpredictable?
A: We'll find a consistent bi-weekly time that works, but we can reschedule if needed (with 24-hour notice). Text and email support access also means you can get support between sessions when things come up.
Q: Why bi-weekly instead of weekly?
A: Executives need time to implement strategies and navigate real situations between sessions. Bi-weekly cadence allows for deep work without overwhelming your schedule. (Athletes meet weekly because they're competing frequently and need more touchpoints.)
Q: What if I want to pause or cancel?
A: This is a 12-month commitment because real transformation takes time. That said, if circumstances change (medical, job loss, etc.), we'll have a conversation. I'm not here to trap you, but I will challenge you to push through discomfort when that's where growth happens.
Q: Do you work with C-suite only?
A: No. I work with any leader under sustained pressure: C-suite, VPs, directors, entrepreneurs, rising leaders. If you're responsible for outcomes and people, and you're feeling the weight of that, this is for you. And if you're working your way to the top and want support, we can talk about that too.
You've built your career through hard work and strategy.
Now it's time to build your mental game.
Let's create a leadership style that's both high-performing and sustainable.
