I Teach the Mental Skills That Help Athletes Win and Leaders Thrive.

But I wasn't always the one with the answers....

I wasn’t the fastest swimmer.
I was the one with everything to prove.

I grew up loving the water. I swam club and summer league as a kid. I was completely in love with the sport, but I was never the fastest in the pool.

My best friend was lightning fast, lettered in multiple sports, seemingly effortlessly. I compared myself to her constantly.

What I had instead of speed was anxiety. Health anxiety that knocked me flat some mornings and let me perform just fine on others while quietly losing my mind beneath the surface.

Nobody saw it. I got very good at showing up and holding it together when everything inside was chaos.

Life pulled me back to swimming when my kids were little, and I fell in love all over again, this time from the other side of the lane line.

I started coaching age-group kids at our local Y, moved to head coach, then went on to assist with a club team and our high school program.

While I was coaching, I was doing the most important work of my life: finally healing my own anxiety.

Through health coaching, life coaching certifications, and becoming a certified NLP practitioner, I figured out what actually works; not from a textbook, but from living it.  And then I watched those same mental skills transform my swimmers.

That’s when everything clicked.

The skills that helped me stop surviving my own anxiety are the same skills I now teach competitive athletes who fall apart under pressure and executives who are running on fumes. Now I’m the head coach of our high school swim team and a performance mindset coach. The best part, I get to do both at once!

The swimmers who jokingly call what they learn ‘a little woo’ while letting themselves be "a little woo"...

They’re the ones winning.

Who I Work With

I work with two groups of high performers:

Elite athletes who want to master the mental game and perform with confidence when it matters most.

Executives and leaders who need to perform under constant pressure, without burning out.

I also offer single-session support for parents who need guidance on their athlete's mental game.

Whether you're stepping onto a starting block or walking into a boardroom, pressure is pressure.

And your mindset determines how you handle it.

My Approach

How I Work

I don’t do fluff. I don’t do toxic positivity. And I don’t give you more things to add to your already-full plate.

I teach you practical, science-backed mental skills that elite performers use, then help you make them simple and automatic so they actually work when the pressure is on.

✓  Emotional regulation under pressure

✓  Confidence that doesn’t depend on outcomes

✓  Resilience after setbacks

✓  Focus when the stakes are high

✓  Boundaries that protect your performance energy

This is mental skills training, not therapy, not a course, not a list of things to try. It’s personalized, 1:1, and it works.

Why Work With Me?

✓ 15+ years coaching age group club and high school swimmers - I know what separates mentally strong athletes from those who crumble under pressure.

✓ Certified life and health coach - I've been trained in mindset work, emotional regulation, and neurolinguistic programming.

✓ Personal experience with burnout and anxiety—I've been where you are. I know what it's like to look successful on the outside but feel overwhelmed and anxious on the inside.

✓ I bridge the gap between sports and leadership—I speak both languages. Whether you're an athlete or an executive, I'll help you perform at your best.

✓ I work daytime hours, Monday–Friday, 9 am–3 pm EST. If you're local, we can occasionally meet in person. We'll find a time that works during your audit. (Yes, you can get a school excuse from me.)

Ready to Work Together?

If you're ready to stop pushing through stress and start performing with confidence, I'd love to help you get there.
