Elite Athlete Mental Performance Coaching
Master pressure. Build confidence.
Perform at your best when it matters most.
You train your body every day. But who's training your mind?
The difference between good athletes and great athletes isn't physical; it's mental.
You train your body every day. But who’s training your mind?
The difference between good athletes and great athletes isn’t physical. It’s mental. You can have all the talent in the world, but if you choke under pressure, spiral before competition, or can’t bounce back from a bad performance, you won’t reach your potential.
That’s exactly what I fix.
I'm a certified life and health coach and NLP practitioner specializing in performance mindset for athletes and executives. and high school swim coach with 15+ years of experience. I teach competitive athletes the mental skills to perform at their best when the stakes are highest.
This isn’t sports psychology. It’s mental performance coaching. And it’s designed for athletes who are serious about winning, not just physically, but mentally.

Who This Is For:
✓ Physically talented but mentally stuck under pressure
✓ Overthinking before competitions, can’t get out of your own head
✓ Losing confidence after a bad performance and struggling to reset
✓ Comparing yourself to other athletes and feeling behind
✓ Ready to commit to a full year of mental training
High school • College (D1/D2/D3/NAIA) • Post-collegiate • Professional • All sports
What We Work On Together
Over 12 months, we build the mental skills that separate good athletes from great ones.
Pre-Competition Mental Preparation
Calm your nerves, get into the right headspace, and show up ready, no matter how high the stakes. You’ll build pre-competition routines, breathwork, and visualization, and learn to use adrenaline instead of fighting it.
Emotional Regulation Under Pressure
Stop letting nerves, frustration, or anger sabotage your performance. Learn to calm yourself in under 90 seconds and stay focused when it matters most.
Confidence That Isn’t Outcome-Dependent
Build self-trust that doesn’t disappear after a bad race or game. Learn to separate your worth from your results and show up with conviction regardless of what’s happened before.
Bounce back faster than anyone expects.
Ever heard of Ted Lasso's 'be a goldfish' rule? We use that — plus real tools for processing failure, resetting after a bad performance, and coming back stronger after injury or a rough stretch.
Managing Comparison & Competition
Stop competing against everyone else and start competing against your own potential. Use competition as motivation, not intimidation.
Focus & Concentration
Train the ability to stay present, one play, one race, one moment at a time, and refocus quickly after mistakes.

Frequently Asked Questions
Q: I'm in high school. Can I do sessions during the school day?
A: Yes, if your school allows it. Many athletes do virtual sessions during study halls, free periods, or lunch. I can also send school absence notes for each session. Let's talk about your schedule and what works during an audit.
Q: I'm in college. How does this work with my training schedule?
A: College athletes often have the most flexible schedules. We'll find a consistent weekly time that doesn't conflict with practice, classes, or competitions.
Q: Do my parents need to be involved?
A: No. This is YOUR coaching. Sessions are confidential. However, if you want your parents involved (or if they're paying), we can include them in progress updates every few months.
Q: What if I can't afford $1000/month?
A: I offer payment plans. We can structure monthly payments that work for your family. Let's talk during your audit.
Q: What if I have a bad season and want to quit?
A: Mental training is most valuable when things are hard. That said, if you're genuinely not a fit, we'll have a conversation. I'm not here to force anyone to stay. But I will challenge you to push through discomfort because that's where growth happens.
Q: Can I do this if I'm injured?
A: Absolutely. Mental training during injury is some of the most valuable work you can do. We'll focus on mental resilience, staying confident, and preparing for your comeback.
Q: What sports do you work with?
A: All sports. I coach swimming, but the mental skills are the same whether you're a swimmer, runner, soccer player, basketball player, golfer, gymnast, wrestler, or any other athlete.
Q: Do you work with professional athletes?
A: Yes. The program is the same whether you're in high school, college, or post-collegiate/professional.
You've spent years training your body.
Now it's time to train your mind.
Let's build a mental game that matches your physical talent.
