About the event
This workshop will last approximately 90 minutes.
During our time together we will
* Learn common triggers and symptoms of anxiety.
* Learn the connection between your mind and body.
* Learn to identify anxiety in the body.
* Listen to what your body is saying to you through mindfulness and coaching.
This will be an interactive experience with the opportunity to ask questions, share experiences, and be coached.
At the end of our time together I will share more about what it is like to work with. me as your coach and answer any additional questions.
This workshop is an incredible step toward recognizing anxiety and trusting yourself.
