Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Can I switch between programs?

A: The programs are designed for specific needs (athletes need weekly; executives need bi-weekly). We'll determine which is right for you during your audit.

 

Q: Do you offer shorter programs?

A: Real mental skills transformation takes 12 months. I don't offer 3-month or 6-month programs because they don't produce lasting results. 

 

Q: What if I need to pause or cancel?

A: This is a 12-month commitment. If circumstances genuinely change (medical, job loss, etc.), we'll have a conversation. But I'll also challenge you to push through discomfort when that's where growth happens.

 

Q: Are sessions virtual or in-person?

A: Sessions are over the phone or video call. If you're local, I occasionally meet in-person.

Q: What's the difference between athlete and executive coaching besides session frequency?

A: The content is tailored. Athletes focus on competition prep, pre/post-performance debriefs, and sport-specific mental challenges. Executives focus on leadership under pressure, decision-making, and sustainable performance in business contexts. But the core mental skills are the same.

 

Q: Do you offer group coaching?

A: Not currently. I only work 1:1 to provide personalized support.

 

Q: What if I'm not an athlete or executive?

A: If you're a high performer under sustained pressure (entrepreneur, creative professional, graduate student, etc.), we can talk. Book a free audit, and we'll see if it's a fit and what working together might look like for you.
