Stressed, Anxious Teenager?
Find Your Tribe and Thrive.

Help your teen overcome challenges,
build confidence, and make lasting connections.

Teenagers today face unprecedented levels of stress and anxiety, often feeling isolated and overwhelmed. It's time to change that.

This Teen Group Coaching program provides a safe and supportive space for high-achieving teens to connect, share experiences, and develop essential life skills. Through engaging group sessions, your teen will:

  • Build genuine connections: Foster friendships and support networks beyond social media.

  • Overcome challenges: Learn effective strategies for managing stress, anxiety, and academic and social pressure.

  • Boost self-esteem: Discover and build upon their strengths and potential.

  • Gain clarity: Explore future goals and create a roadmap for success.

By joining this group, your teen will become part of a community that understands their unique experiences. They'll learn valuable coping mechanisms, develop resilience, and build the confidence to try new things, go after their goals, and trust themselves.

Don't let your teen struggle alone.

Enroll them in this Teen Group Coaching program today.

Limited spots are available. Sessions begin August 12, 2024.

All the deets.

Who is this for?

This group is for high school students who

- Feel overwhelmed trying to balance school, sports, and personal time

Lack confidence

- Stress out and feel anxious about tests, presentations, friendships, and life after highschool

- Want to feel calm, and confident and have more fun!

What do I get?

Weekly group coaching calls in a private Google Meet where we'll discuss everything from setting boundaries to relaxation and visualization. In these groups, I'll facilitate the conversation and coach each teenager on the thoughts and situations that are relavent to them and teach them how to use the questions I ask other kids to their benefit. They'll also be encouraged to ask each other questions to learn more about how they can help each other: and develop some rockstar communication skills while they're at it!

You'll also have four private coaching calls where you and I can go deeper into situations where you feel stuck. These monthly calls will be scheduled by you, using a calendar link I'll send out during our first week of coaching. I'll have several times available after school and during school hours that are perfect for lunch and study hall periods, or I also have school excuse notes I'm happy to send to your attendance office.

Additionally, there will be a learning portal on Google Classroom, a private chat room where group members can ask questions, support and celebrate one another, and share their successes and struggles, as well as email support for private conversations where they can contact me outside of chat.

Finally, at the end of the coaching container, every member has the option to join a private Facebook group where the coaching and support can continue for as long as that group exists.

When is it?

We begin Monday, August 12th with the first video posted on Sunday the 11th. Video content will be released on Sunday afternoons and will stay up for the entirety of the coaching container so you can always go back if you want to review or catch up. We will meet on Monday evenings at 7:00 pm EST for an hour but I'll be available for 90 min in case we run over.  These calls will also be posted in the classroom and stay up until the end of the container. 1:1 coaching calls are scheduled individually by each teenager and take place once a month for four months.

How many people will be in the group?

The group minimum is 2 and the maximum is ten.
